Default Change your IP address every second....why would you want to do that? Hummm.

This program will rotate your IP address every second...Allows you to surf the web anonymously.
Can anyone think of a good use for it? Or a program it could be incorporated into?

It just looks like a web proxy, that rotates proxy addresses every second. A good use? Personally I think web proxies are somewhat useless. If you're doing something benign, then you don't need anonymity. If you're doing something malicious, they can probably track you down anyways.

I guess it would make it harder for the music industry to find you if you are sharing MP3s.

No, it's a web proxy. It only hides you from websites when you're surfing. It can't do anything to hide servers running on your machine.

And if it really does rotate your IP ever second it'll cause a lot of latency in everything you do, all your TCP connections will have to be resetup every second.
