My Gladiac seems to be running direct3d games slowly... but time demos in Quake 3 show that it runs great in OpenGL.
I have the latest drivers from the ELSA site (www.elsa.com/america) and I can't figure out why direct3d games are lagging. Is there some setting I may not have noticed?
Please help.. thanks.

Try the Nvida reference drivers. I doubt that is the problem though worth a try. You do not have fsaa on by any chance do you?
