Default New Monitor Time

Hi all,

So, I'm looking for a new monitor. My main uses are gaming, surfing, programming, and writing. Let's not talk about budgets now (I'll pay for quality).

On one hand, I'd like a 120hz display, but on the other I'm really tempted by a sexy IPS 2560x1440 display which, unfortunately, means 60Hz.

Help? Thanks!
