Default Is there any free software to convert an AVI to iDevice/iTunes?

I've tried googling but of course all the links lead to software that appears to be hamstrung unless a person pays. I'm wondering if there is any actual freeware that will perform this task?

If the children or other family members will have access to the gun then they should be interrogated too.

We can also use teachers to enforce these rules, they can ask their students to be honest and if mommy and daddy are in violation of these rules.

Handbrake won't do it?

Quicktime Pro will. You can also drop them into iMovie and re-export, but that's a pain and a half.

VLC transcode.

Also MPEG Streamclip.

Thanks. Giving Handbrake a shot now--seems like it should do it.

EDIT: Worked a treat!
