ASRock Conroe865PE

Just bought a QX6700 wondering how hot they run and what I may have to do to OC I also have a 4CoreDualVSTA I`m not sure which one I should run it on I have 4GB DDR in this Conroe865PE and I have 2GB PC8500XMS for the DUalVSTA not sure which one to set up now Until I get a better mobo

What I really wanted to Know is on the QX6700 If the Upper Multi is adjustable in the BIOS of these Two Boards I would like to put The QX6700 In the Conroe865PE only because of the games and programs I already have installed on it.

EDIT:Runs fine with very slight OC got a new Motherboard P5W DH Deluxe Digital Home Series Hopefully things will run alot better on this board I`ve had the Conroe a couple months only but it is solid but I need more COnroe Retired

The new version of BIOS CONROE865PE:

BIOS firmware is created by adding 06F7 ID40 REV.69 in BIOS CONROE865PE 1.72. Other blocks BIOS did not change.
Code extracted from the BIOS 4COREDUAL-SATA2.
