Some old dumbass on CBS that was drooling on himself keep saying "what kind of mandate would Obama have since he lost the popular votes", he's saying that even now. A female newscaster quickly corrected him that there are a lot of states out West still haven't reported the final counts.

lolz, romney didnt write a concession speech, just a victory speech.(according to fox news). that's why they are so late in conceding.
somebody didnt do their homework the night before.
