Yea, full system updates are always safe to do while plugged in.

On that note, I can't wait to see what the camera is like and the wifi always on is welcome too.

I updated mine as well. Went smoothly. New options for WiFi and display (ability to turn off superbright outdoor mode and turn down brightness when battery is low). Haven't had a chance to test the camera yet. I didn't have issues with Bluetooth or stability so I can't really comment on how that is improved.
