Doesn't quite work like that. Your body doesn't tally up your macros at midnight and decide to store everything after that. It works in real time. If its not being used, it gets stored.

I don't get hungry until 1.5-2 hours after I get up. I usually have a cup of coffee as soon as I get up, though. It's not skipping breakfast, it's just waiting until I'm hungry before preparing something.

Maybe I might need some healthy cereal breakfast bar?

What do you guys eat that is healthy so I can buy it when I go grocery shopping.
I stock up on Nature Valley granola bars when they go on sale at Safeway (such as right now at $1.79/box of six with coupon and club card, limit 4. I bought the limit yesterday. I spotted the coupon in Safeway's insert in the Sunday paper, but you can generally find as many of those as you want in the stores near the doors). They are, I think, reasonably nutritious, not too much sugar, some protein, an OK snack/meal, taste good, quick as it gets, tidy.

Stop making excuses for missing breakfast. Wake up earlier.
