Force10 is an up and coming product. It does fit the needs of those who need Cisco performance, but can't drop $10k+ per closet.

While I've never been terribly impressed with Dell's networking efforts, my experience with some of their recent acquisitions has been largely positive. If Force10 has excellent support prior to Dell's acquisition, I wouldn't expect too many changes.
