Default [It's Back!] MSI GTX660Ti - $240AR@Newegg

The MSI GTX660Ti was $240AR a few months ago, and now it's back. It's one of the best deals going right now on a video card, given how close it is in price to most HD7870s, which have recently gone up in price.

Another good option if you're looking to stay under $200 is the Galaxy GTX660 for $195AR: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814162122

Positive review of the Galaxy right here: http://hardocp.com/article/2013/02/1...eo_card_review

that's a great price for a 660 Ti, especially now that nvidia threw in 3 games to counter amd--but that cooler is kind of fugly. Personally I'd cough up another $20 and get the Power Edition.

Wonder if this has the infamous hardware voltage mod that MSI did to the Power Edition 660s and 670s. If not than I'd definitely buy this.

I just looked at the free games and they are indeed free games. I mean they are free to play games that you can download right now. It looks like the coupon allows you up to $150 in in-game items for those f2p games.

Good deal for a nice performing card.

What Xtrem posted. Some said TH was making a mountain out of a molehill, and there were no follow ups to that from TH or anyone else, for that matter.

195.00 for the Galaxy 660 is a good deal, they are definitely the most silent GPU I have ever had that wasn't water cooled. I got my rebate back in 2 weeks from galaxy as well.

Its a wash performance wise vs the tahiti based 7870's selling for that much. The pitcairn ones are cheaper. But good deal for the 660ti if your particular game does better on it on you like the bundled software more.

Just FYI, while the 7870 XT performs almost identically to the 660Ti, its power use is really out of proportion to its performance. It uses about as much power as a GTX680, and far more than an HD7950: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/V..._Black/26.html

It's quite a suboptimal design.

Interesting. Didn't know a cut down Tahiti would actually draw more power than the top stock Tahiti.

Good deal.
