We get threatened every day. At the time there was no evidence to suggest THAT attack was more likely to go through.
Of course, I still think Bush was an incompetent bungler.

Claiming that the 51% that voted for Obama means that they are ok with Gitmo would only make sense if you thought Romney was going to close it.
