I love this software! It has saved me numerous times and gotten clients back in business.

Am trying the beta anti rootkit variation for sure.

Never actually used that before. Does it also transfer stuff like itunes libraries and programs such as Quicken?

I agree that users should never save work locally when they are at the office, but home users do that all the time.

Have you tested out the anti rootkit yet? just curious to see how it is..

The beta anti rootkit works very well. Daily updates and it quickly scans drivers, sectors and system files.

thanks Monty. I checked it out, and it seems like a good program. Also seems to scan more areas than other anti-rootkit software i've used in the past.

I find it interesting that to download any of the new tools, you have to use IE. FF is set as my default browser, yet Malwarebytes insists on going to IE to get these tools?

It worked fine for me under firefox. Not sure why it would go to IE for that site...
