Survey taken.
If you hadn't spun off AsRock, I'd still be an ASUS customer. Heheh.
(Your laptops are pretty nice though.)

Cost does matter. I am more into watching video than gaming. Design it for the HTPC. I dont even have Cable anymore. I like to watch stuff on the Internet.
Korean Videos with English Subs.
Took the Survey.
Give away a sound receiver for watching HDTV!!!
Check out what Gigabyte did?

+1. I pay a premium for Asus products because of their reliability, great warranty service and quality. Price is important, but not the most important factor.

Unfortunately I guessed I missed it. What questions did Asus ask?
It's great to see a manufacturer reaching out to it's customer's communities. Based on it's products over the years, it's obvious Asus pays attention to customer feedback and reaction to it's products.
Just 2 days ago I chose an Asus motherboard again over another strong option from Gigabyte due to my experiences with Asus products.
The biggest complaint I've read here and there about Asus is their customer service. I haven't had a problem with them (albeit few experiences, a statement of their solid products) but having more confidence in that realm would make it even easier to choose Asus.
I don't ever expect them to have a customer service reputation like Logitech, not in an industry like this where the customer's lack of knowledge or even the software can be a cause of so many issues. But there seem to be plenty of people out there with bad experiences with Asus customer support.

The questions were fairly basic - rate your expectations of features / price / quality / newest tech, etc. It probably took less than 5 minutes.

That's what happens when marketing guys design surveys and not the engineers who actually build the products.
