It doesn't restrict anything except the power of the union/union members to force others into interaction with a 3rd party(the union).

Lol, nice try though, the gov't is what currently allows for the unions to restrict choice, this allows choice so again it's actually less restriction by the gov't. sheesh. go ahead and keep trying to think allowing individual choice is somehow more restrictive though. loliberals

I love that you are now advocating for the governmental restriction of someone's economic liberty (the union) in order to promote greater overall liberty.

Glad to see you coming over to the side of modern liberalism, CAD! Now all you need to do is apply it consistently and you'll be one of us.
