Only care about making themselves look good, covering their own ass, and making sure that their slightly higher than peon paycheck keeps rolling in. They hire petty people who just want that bit of extra pay and will try to hide the fact that they dont know what the hell they are doing at almost any expense. I guess you get what you pay for.
