Now $199 @ Amazon, the others look right. B&H is the best deal to avoid tax (unless you are in NY) and shipping.

I don't either, but I had a 10% off coupon from Amazon so I now have one on the way.

This drive has mixed reviews on the Egg. Any one with actual experience with it?
Thanks.

mSATA version can only work in an mSATA slot, which some notebooks and a handful of motherboards have. Performance is the same as a regular SATA port and is limited to whether the mSATA slot is wired into a SATA 3Gbps (AKA SATA II) or SATA 6Gbps port in the chipset.
Basically, if you are using it in a typical desktop computer, you probably can't use mSATA.

Back up to $199 @ Amazon, $189 @ B&H, $199 @ the Egg. Looks to be dead.

mSATA is very useful for really tiny boxes based on thin-mITX boards like the Intel DH61AG but also eliminates a 2.5" box in other applications.
