I'm new here but, not new in older pc games. Ha. I still have the whole Redneck Rampage series. even the Cuss Pack. lol Thinking of building an old style pc for the old DOS based games.
For playing like an old man right now, I go for Soldier Of Fortune. The 1st game I played online.

I wonder if there'd be a small business in making old DOS/Win 95 PC's for gaming.

I hated Redneck Rampage.

Just hated the gameplay, thought it was boring and I got the cusspack too, and thought it was just a bad gimmick to hide the bad game. Yuck.

SS1 is the sh!t. SS2 is just a very, very good sequel.

Get SS1 portable, runs on 7 very fine with many mods and resolutions.

1. System Shock 1 - portable. Modified to run very well on modern systems.
2. System Shock 2 - with mods and 2.4 unofficial patch.
3. Quake2
4. Unreal
5. Heretic II - the original WAD via Doom Legacy Project.
6. Doom I and Doom II like #5
7. Boulderdash
8. Moon Patrol (the remake) which runs fine on Windows 7

I have been playing UT99 again for the first time since 2004. Works great under WinXP Pro 64bit. There are still hundreds of online servers.

Brings back so many memories. Too bad my clan is disbanded. I miss those guys. Some of my clan maps are still out there though.
