You either need a lifer's info or to get him/her the $$$. I got mine years back by PayPal'ing a guy the $300 + the PP fees. The site will take any CC info, so if you trust the lifer with a CC then you can get the charge directly, or if they trust you with their info you can do it online yourself. There are some risks to the lifer to giving you his/her info especially if they're an Instructor, but I know there are folks on AR15.COM who are doing it that way.
