Red face Fuel Power

Hi,
I bought the below Piece and assembled it.

Core i3 2120
MB:asus p8b75
Hard: 1t
PSU:430
4-gig 1600 corsair

When I turn the start button
Power LED is off/on for a second.
I hold the start button for five seconds and Fuel Power.
I changed power supply and don't effect.
Please help me.

What is fuel power? if it's not the PSU, It pretty much has to be the mobo or cpu. some mobos can still post without a cpu (not extremely knowledgeable on that), so I'd guess it's the mobo

Fuel power means (Burning power,Bursting capacitors in PSU) after Turn on the computer.
