but i do agree, it's seriously annoying when a BB employee is just dicking around when 90% of the laptops are password locked.

Now I've not used windows 8, but on a mac you can lock all the settings so you cannot change anything, but you don't need a password to log in to the computer, couldn't they do something similar on windows computers. Then you wouldn't need to track down anyone.
