Default Software used for graphs in reviews?

This isn't a problem, but I wasn't sure where else to post. I've also liked the format of the graphs used in the video and CPU reviews and was wondering what software is used to create them.

I can do the exact thing in crystal reports. Not sure if that is what was used.
