Default Ben and Jerry's Salted Caramel Core ice cream

This ice cream has a salted caramel core! Such a great ice cream. This is something new and I'm trying to only eat limited portions. Getting a little bit of that caramel core and mixing it around ...

So if anyone is looking to try a new flavor, I would recommend this one (not that my recommendation means much).

I still haven't gotten around to buying a pint of their new "core" flavors...thanks for the reminder! Added to the grocery list.

I think the Peanut Butter Core is the best, but the salted core is pretty good. My favorite salted caramel anything currently is this:

It's absurd how delicious it is. This review sums it up well:

Really good, but needs more caramel. It's not really a salted caramel "core", it's like a dollop in the top half of the container and none in the bottom. If they doubled the caramel it would be damn near perfect.

My supermarket had Talenti on sale last week, I wanted to picked up their salted caramel to try it and that was the one flavor they were out of.

Every time I see someone post this I am bound by law to speak up and say that it is, seriously now, the most delicious desert thing I have ever put in my mouth. The texture is outrageously creamy. The little truffle bits have the exactly perfect level of crunch. It's a work of goddamn genius.

Indeed you must! I've tried a few of their other flavors due to the perfection of the salted caramel one, but none of the rest come close. It is perhaps the best store-bought ice cream / gelato I've ever had.

I've had that same experience. The other flavors are damn good, but the caramel is just in a whole different category. The second place flavor for me right now is fudge brownie.

I don't know how it compares, but I tried Yogurtlands salted caramel pecan flavor and didn't care for it. I am still curious about the Talenti, I can get it at Walmart.

Not sure why I would care about what he thinks, but I did edit it since I meant to say I can get it at Walmart.
