FIFA 2012 the most right now; I still play Virtua Tennis sometimes when I can deal with all of its cheating.

I'm actually in the process of downloading a Mille Bornes clone called Safe Trip or Not. Considering how much time I wasted in that game on my Palm Pilot I suspect I will waste more time with this version.

I haven't seen World of Goo recommended. If ya'll haven't played it on the PC already, I'd highly recommend it.

Bastion is a pretty damn good mobile game. For whatever reason I just couldn't get into it on the desktop, but on our iPad Mini it's easily the best tablet game I've played yet (phone would be too small).

Plants vs Zombies and Angry Birds mostly... But also Infinity Blade II, Bastion, Rayman: Jungle Run, Bard's Tale, and some emulators.
