This is an incredible price for the M-65C, especially since zZounds is offering free ground shipping. I bought one last September for $210 which was a great deal then. DeArmond is revamping their line and have discontinued this model among others. I'd say it beats any other guitar under $200, including Fender Squier Strats or the Epiphone Les Paul Specials. Highly recommended as a first guitar, and even though it is a little heavy, it's got a great finish and quiet humbucking pickups with sweet tone.

Yellow peril, thanks. Where can I buy a nice accoustic (approx $500) online?

Wow, sounds like a great deal, but I'm also hunting for an acoustic. Any tips?

Just go to your local Guitar Center and pick up a Martin. Sweet sound!

Zzounds was on Pointclick there for awhile. If it still is you can knock off another 10%.

I agree. Great First guitar. Beats the crap out of a Fender Squier anyday. Nice price too!
