D-Link 8-port gigabit switch $20 AC FS
D-Link GO-SW-8G 10/100/1000Mbps Unmanaged Gigabit Desktop Switch
$19.99 with free shipping w/ promo code EMCNJNB64, ends 1/14
This is a plastic desktop switch like all the others. Usually we see Trendnet or Rosewill at this price, so a D-Link is kind of novel.

Ordered. I've been needing an 8-port switch for a while now. Can't pass this up.

Just got mine. More compact than I thought and it is pretty light (all plastic.) Unexpectedly, though, the power connector is on the left side, close to the front. There's worse things, but it is ugly IMO.

Hopefully I get mine today. The looks don't bother me as it's just going to go into a cabinet anyway. Functionality is key.

Agreed, I'm sad I missed this actually, Ive been looking for a gigabit switch for a little while now. I have a Drobo that is gig, and a server that has a gig port, and its all hooked to a 10/100... FAIL.

There's a Trendnet version for $22 shipped on Newegg right now. I didn't post it because it is $2 too much.
