Kershaws are a nice knife. Many want the higher end's from the same parent company. If you tend you use your 'daily knife' a lot a cheaper Kershaw makes a lot more sense when wanting to cut the things you really shouldn't with your knife

The Kershaw Blur is an excellent knife. Easy to pull from the pocket and open with one hand and it holds a very sharp edge. Mine has the standard blade, but is still high quality.
I also have a Kershaw Chive, but i wouldn't recommend it, as it randomly comes open when carried in my pocket. It is still a good knife in every other aspect, but I only keep it out on the desk or in the car because it is too dangerous to keep on me.

When I worked on the water I carried one just for this. Sometimes you need to cut something in a hurry, no questions asked, or *bad* things will happen
I had one that was half serrated for either kind of cutting. Cut lines like buttah.

I love Kershaw knives. I love them so much I already got all the ones I want without a coupon.
This sucks.
Maybe I can take the opportunity to buy something for a friend or relative.

I've lost two Scallions so far, but would like to get a Blur. Alas, Amazon has caved to all the states demanding they collect state tax, so I rarely shop there anymore.

They still got better prices than most stores on many things. And WAY better selection.
Seriously, even if I hit every store from here to DC I still wouldnt find half the junk I can on Amazon, and I'd spend a hundred bucks on gasoline in the process.

Stupid democracy. Why isn't it free like it should be? Like it is in other countries?
Keep the P&N out of HD, please.

I think I'll go for the plain serrated blur. the blade looks more useful for my needs.
