I'm about ready to just take the discount Cogeco was offering. I haven't been impressed with these other ISPs so far. MySignal seems to have more perks, such as more robust email accounts, better spam filtering, and they've gotten better reviews online than TS.
If you use a lot of bandwidth, go with TekSavvy

I signed up for MySignal. They've gotten good reviews and seemed way more knowledgeable on the phone then Teksavvy's stunned CSRs did. They were a little cheaper than Teksavvy as well. So I'm getting 25/10 service with unlimited data. Bell is coming to install it sometime next week, probably Wednesday they said. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

I am a little surprised you were paying that much for Cogeco... I have 30 megabit with 175gb limit and the cost was 72$

Good luck with your choices, Teksavvy still doesn't work to my house

Well, I finally got MySignal to get everything installed. Their customer service is definitely lacking so I was without my VOIP phone for about five days. Bell is partially to blame for that. Plus all the equipment they sent me wasn't properly configured so I spent the better of two hours last night trying to debug it. Fortunately I've got it working great. Don't know if I would recommend these guys though. I'm just happy I can finally use my Netflix and Steam accounts to their full capacity.
