On a grown woman the only other possibility that fits the description (denim dress/jumpers, long hair, bandana in hair) is a high school english teacher.

the only dif. is english teachers will be seen with diet coke in hand

hmm...I agree that the young women usually don't wear the wigs, but I often see girls wearing those long sleeved shirts with hoods (they don't have the hoods on) along with the long skirt.

Of course, did he ever say that the women he saw were young?

I agree with the Pentecostal . . . also called Holiness Church in some locales. Basically, odd Baptists . . . is that redundant?

Yeh, all the Catholic schools I've seen always had the girls wear those plaid pseudo-kilts....

I'm pretty sure Mennonites are indigenous to South Eastern PA. For some reason there are always a lot of them strolling around in Longwood Gardens. They wear very simple clothes, usually light colors, and the women wear a white lacy kind of thing on their head.

No, not really - UPC is a split off of the Assemblies of God, founded in 1914.

Thanks google!

It is Pentecostal. I know because I am Pentecostal. We wear skirts below our knees because in the Holy Bible it says that pants were made for men and skirts for women. And also we don't always have to wear demin, we can wear any type of skirt as long as it is below our knees. Such as this one:http://pinterest.com/pin/101049585362277745/
