SGS3 spontaniously answering
I swear my phone spontaniously answered 2 times today.
Anyone else have that trouble?

So someone calls and your phone automatically answers? Sounds like you have an app (or phone setting) configured to do that.

maybe there's an "answer on flip" or "answer on (physical) pick up of phone" setting?

There's a ton of motion control options in TouchWiz (if the OP has the stock or TW based rom installed). IIRC one is answer call when you pick it up, which I think is based on the accelerometer and proximity detector.

It answered while sitting on a table, and it was my boss

Never had this problem- would be really annoying. I agree it's probably some app setting somewhere that picks up if that app is running.

are any of those motion settings enabled?
maybe the proximity one is, and you have a bad proximity sensor?
download a logcat application from the market and check the system logs just after this happens. maybe they will provide some insight.

I think you can also answer with a voice command.

Phone did it again today. I don't know how to turn off voice answering, and certainly not sure that is why it is answering, but that sounds reasonable.

Just poked around my stock Verizon S3, and I don't see any motion options for answering. I also don't see any call settings options for auto-answering.
