Thing is, is that it wasn't an interview, just some fan getting his picture taken with Mr. Rodgers. I dunno, it just casted him as being very insecure.

Suggs is a clown. I don't think that he's arrogant, he just likes to say things that rile people up.

Nothing more than a thug... right. No evidence against him, other than misdemeanor charges. Has run some of the top NFL charities run. In interviews of rookies and other newer players to the NFL in the past decade talk about how Ray lewis would talk to them and help them through on figuring out finances or family issues. Even 3 receivers one year called him early in the morning because they had family issues and wanted his advice.
2006 award for somekind of charity thing. Or whatever.
YEP real thug. Almost MS13 style right? (again not saying he is a saint. But choosing to ignore legal facts and what good he has done is ignorant.)
If you know anything about rodgers, is that he is one of the most humble players you can find with the success he has. He does not care for the limelight. In an interview he stated one of his favorite things about being in a town like Green Bay, is he can go to a grocery store, people will say hello calling him Aaron, and not Rodgers, or Mr. Rodgers. etc.
Secondly, it is disrespectful to tell someone in an interview that they thought that they would look/be different then they are. So can you blame him for not being happy with that comment?
|
Yea but 13 years ago a limo driver said that he saw Ray Lewis punch someone in a huge street fight... herp derp
Some people are just incapable of rational thought on certain topics. Ray Lewis was guilty of hanging with the wrong crowd in his early twenties, that's it.

Just returned from Vegas.. it was packed with 49er fans! Wooot. Spent the game in the sports book area of the casino I was staying at and must have been 10 49er fans for every 1 Falcons fan.
49ers win. Made money from the Ravens winning. Predicted the Jimmy Johns Bowl and thats a good weekend for me!
That Douglas catch was not a catch. He "catches" the ball with one hand, it hits the ground and he ends up with the ball in the other hand. Where's the control during the process of the catch? Bowman also played that 4th down perfectly.

Now lets talk about aaron rodgers. He seems like a class A asshole. I saw a show that had him on it, sixty minutes or something like that. Somebody that was getting a picture taken with him said that he basically expecedt aaron to be bigger. And Aaron said he didn't appreciate it like a little bitch.

You seem to be fairly jealous of anyone having success. Zomg Lewis he a cold blooded KILLER. Rodgers ASSHOLE!
As a Niners fan, having endured countless losses to the Pack, I really don't like them and really enjoyed beating them both times this year. The most negative comment I can make about them is maybe they shouldn't have done so many discount double check commercials. But I've never heard of anyone saying he's an asshole.
You come across as a bitter, bitter fan.

Yes, the Falcons choked. And that's been my point. It wasn't some "Falcons never stood a chance" or that the 49ers are some unstoppable force or unbeatable team. The Falcons had the game and pissed it away. And even with the massive choke they were never out of the game. And with this much talent, Falcons should be back in it next year.

Jimmy Johns bowl, cute I like that. Watch the catch again and you'll see that he switches hands once he's turned over and the ball is on his stomach. According to the rules of the NFL a ball can hit the ground during a catch so long as the ground does not assist in the catch. The refs felt there was nothing in the catch that could overrule the call on the field, had it been called the other way it would also not have been overturned.

I really got nothing against the Giants, you're not the Saints. I think the bounty scandal is worse than spygate by a good deal too. Both are cheating but the bounty scandal was trying to actually hut players and that's just dirty.

And like past years, will be lucky to win even one game. They're the paper tiger of the NFL.

Just because your team didn't win one this year doesn't mean you'll feel better if you try to put down mine. Go back to reliving your Manning glory years and realizing that for all the shit you try to give the Falcons, Matt Ryan won a playoff game earlier in his career than Peyton did.

Yea, especially since on impact you can tell the guy temporarily lost consciousness. Whether it was a blackout, or a daze. I mean a body can only bend the way it did while unsconscious.

But the ground did assist in the catch. You can see it clearly that the ball bounces off the ground, then squirts in between his legs and then switches hand. He didn't maintain control when the ball hit the ground.
I don't believe it would have changed much in the game though. I believe you guys were still going to go for it on 4th down and probably would have got it. If anything, it helped us by taking more time off the clock..

Yeah. What's worse, that's not even close to the worst injury I've seen. Look for a slow motion replay of E.J. Henderson of the Vikings breaking his leg if you really want to cringe. Or Marcus Lattimore's leg injury, yikes.
The funny thing is, Pollard isn't even a dirty player. With the hit against Brady, he was getting pushed down by a Patriots blocker and his momentum carried him into Brady's knee. With Welker he didn't even make contact, Welker actually tore his ACL trying to juke away from him. And with Ridley, there was a helmet to helmet collision but Ridley actually lowered his helmet into Pollard's, who had already lowered himself in an attempt to stop him.

that one has been long etched into my brain.
no thanks.
but yeah, that's how I remember most of those hits. funny with Brady--if the Brady pussy rule was in place, then, would it have applied? It shouldn't cover someone being pushed into him, right?

It has nothing to do with my team winning this year or not, as I've stated all season long that the Falcons were destined to go nowhere. They were very lucky to hang on against Seattle. They're one of the most uninteresting teams in the league as well, but that's a different topic.

lol @ all the bitter football fans bickering over something they have absolutely no control over. It's like all the anger of P&N except about something far more trivial. Calm the hell down already, christ.
