My guess is you are going to need to throw a very wide net (larger than this forum) to catch a fish.

Looks very cool though, could you keep us updated on this?

Looks interesting, and I have more than enough DOM tubing to make that. Sadly, my tubing bender can't bend at such a large radius for the 2 main arms, so I probably won't make one. But please keep us updated!

I was toying with making something similar but in a fixed setting made of PVC before I came across the Emperor 1510 early last year. At first I was thinking of the PVC as a proto type because I couldn't find any plans by anyone. I remember seeing some various building plans back in the late 90s during the home show circuit but those companies have long gone belly up I guess as I cannot find them. Anyway, I kept scouring the net and then came across The Emperor 1510 during a youtube search of all things. Later this year I will be in a unique financial situation to afford one if I so desired. After thinking more about it I decided I'd wait until the wife and I decide to buy a new house or not. We're leaning towards buying a bigger house. I'm definetly going to need a bigger room whether I build my own or buy something like the Emperor. So I've put my dream toy on hold for now. On my list of must haves for a new house is a big room that can hold such a contraption plus a regular desk and stuff. Maybe a big game room instead of a den. I havent decided.

Hello Joel1979,

I find your work very interesting!
I am interested in starting the project myself to make one workstation for my son

I was wondering if you have completed the work or in what stage you are at the moment.

Thank you in advance!

I really like my Steelcase Leap, but I'd love to try one of those. I'd feel even nerdier than having a gaming steering wheel chair
