Thought I had/saw a 233 s7 around here somewhere, but only found the old big slot 233 & 266 pentiums. But I do have a K6-2 300 and 366.
If your mobo is limited to 266 mhz, there may be a secret jumper setting (if from an HP rig) that will allow you to run one of these. I ran the 300 at 366 in a HP6330 before because I was swapping (testing) the 2 and forgot to change the manual jumpers.
Note that the P.O.'s these days seem anal about squeezing a CPU in a bubble mailer to score the $1 or abouts ship cost. Last time I sent one out they claimed the thickness of the "package" exceeded the thickness test and charged me the package fee. I can check out what it will run.

I have a few boards/chips here. I have an AMD K6 CPU/case/mobo but I'm not sure the mobo works.
Pretty sure I also have a K6II CPU. I think its a 400. I'll have to dig it out. I'm pretty sure I have it stored in a plastic case made for CPUs I could mail it in too.
I also have an older white case and there's a mobo/cpu in it, but I'm not sure what it is exactly. If anyone mods and is interested let me know. It is a pretty nice tower with power button and turbo/reset buttons that are quite large white and round. I'll have to get a few pics of it if anyone collects/mods these.

I checked out my stash and I have the following for you or anyone else interested:
AMD K6-2 350 - works I think
AMD K6-2 400 - unsure if works, pulled from old PC in trash)
Socket 7 Motherboard (see case option below) - unsure of model/brand but I believe you could get it to post with proper settings or a new bios chip
Intel Pentium 3 Processor 866mhz - same good condition, I believe it worked when it was pulled from my own system years ago.

Hey thanks a lot for the efforts! I'll mull it over, but I have the setup already put together, just looking for a CPU. It is an old (really old lol) Zenith Data Systems case with an old intel chipset socket 7 board. I think the highest it supports is an MMX 233 so thats why I was looking for that particular cpu. It doesn't have the voltage support for K6-2's and I'm guessing not the BIOS support either. I'll see if anything comes up in the next few days, and if not, maybe I'll take that setup from you. Thanks again

- Dear admin, I was trying to help fill a request, please stop being a wanker. Thanks. I swear the admins here get more and more controlling. I miss ten years ago when tech sites involved tech and respect and you could actually post things relevant to a discussion when trying to help out a fellow enthusiast...

Dear Jonny, You were posting a WTB message in the Freebies (that's FREEbies) thread. It does not belong there. So we will wank all we want. If you have an issue with that, the place to go with it is the Moderator Discussion forum as you already know.
