Week #9 about to start still at 212 despite two nights out until 3-4am drinking with friends. I am hoping to be at 210 by Friday still.

I am 5'10". I am around 20% BF so I have a bit to go. Almost all the weight is in my abs now. upper and lower body getting vascular again.

I am 5'10 too, but I am muscular 187. I have never measured my bodyfat, but I would guess its around 10% or a little less.

My lean mass is about 170lbs so 10% would put me at 187lb. My lean mass may have gone up though, I am going to get a bod pod measurement soon.

At 10% you'd have totally visible abs. Most that peg themselves at 10% are closer to 15%.
