Default Managing favorites in Internet Explorer 10 Windows 8

I'm using Windows 8 on my tablet, so this is in regard to the Metro touch version of IE 10. When I add favorites, they are just dumped in a row as I can them. I can't seem to be able to move or organize my favorites at all. Is there some trick or is it just not possible to rearrange or organize the favorites?

Sadly, the only ways to edit bookmarks for IE is Desktop IE and File Explorer.
Replaced old worthless sig with new worthless sig.
