Christmas is not an a North American holiday, Anubis. Our Australian brothers are celebrating as we type. Our Middle Eastern brothers are getting shafted once again this year with no gifts.

A melted catalytic converter and the worst vacation that I could have ever been on.

Cost (to me!)? >$1000.

I bought myself a laser disc player and a bunch of old movies. And I have no idea why.

Several checks from the VA. About 1200 dollars or so.
Which of course came well after the bank closed. And I bet Wed. the bank is gonna be crazy.

Also, a gift for myself from Amazon: PGA Tour 2003. Turns out thats no the one I want. I should have bought 2002 instead.

My wife and our new baby were able to come home from the hospital at 8 tonight. They are now both sleeping on the couch next to me, and I'm watching the end of It's a Wonderful Life.

That's all I got.

Best Christmas ever.

Got this from the wife. Told her I didn't want anything. Relieved it wasn't that expensive. Usually I tell her exactly what I want, but everything I want has yet to be released, or even officially announced. (Tablet, GPU, Smartphone)

This is why smartphone apps that let you scan in checks are awesome!

I haven't gotten anything yet... well, I did get a new set of pots and pans a couple weeks ago.

Gifts for my two sons: Savage Axis 30.06 with scope (hunting rifle), new couch for the new house, new recliner for the apartment, season ski pass, some clothing, clothing for their girlfriend/fiancee, plus a few minor items.

Spending it with my 2 daughters, they are now asleep finally, waiting for Santa, who showed up, ate the brownie and drank the glass of milk they left for him. Best Christmas I've had in a long time.

I didn't get anything and I am giving my mother $800 which dashed my plan for building a server and picking up a WiiU. I could always do this at the end of January...

Oh, I forgot...my mom bought me a pair of Pajama pants on sale at Walmart...

Kid's birthday right before Christmas? They're gonna be pissed off about that for the rest of their life.

Congrats!
