7.2 miles today. That is the circumference of Lake Minneola btw. Gorgeous day at the lake: sunny, warm, and a slight breeze. Girls in swimsuits in January did NOT hurt my feelings at all.

Anyone have any races coming up? I am signed up and confirmed for a trail 55K on 2/3, it'll be a good test before my trail 50M on 4/6. The 50M will be my test for the trail 100M I am just about ready to pull the trigger on in September. See sig for link to the 100M race.

I'm doing the Goofy Challenge at Disney World this weekend. It's a half marathon on Sat. and a full on Sunday. To an ultra runner like you, that's probably a normal training weekend!
