Looking for diagnostic software

Hi all,
First post here looking for some advice on pc diagnostic software for use in my pc repair shop. It needs to be bootable and work without the need of a working O/S.

Unfortunately google hasn't been much help yet. Lots of freeware tools like tuneup, malware and O/S based tools. These are not the tools we look for. We want to save time by using a professional hardware test tool.
Only serious looking tool I found is this quick tech pro tool.

Has anyone used these before or recommend other options?
