Default Need USB 3.0 desktop hub (with card reader)

Like many, I have my PC tucked underneath my desk, and it's an older mobo that does not have onboard USB 3.0, but I installed a USB 3.0 pci card in the back. The ports are not in reaching distance.

So I'm looking for a clean looking hub that sits on my desktop and replaces the functionality of my PC's front and rear interfaces (USB 3 ports, card reader, audio jacks), and it plugs into one of the PC's USB 3.0 ports in the back.

Something like the following, but with USB 3.0, and additional function of being a multi-card reader:

Does anything like this exist?

Apparently it does... it doesn't have audio-jacks though...

It also does not support Compact flash-cards, if that matters to you.

Hmm... close, but yeah I would need a Compact-flash port.

Looks like my best bet would be buying separate USB 3.0 hub, and USB 3.0 multi-card reader and just duct tape them together.
