Yes, it is enough. In fact, 500W PSU is more than enough for that rig.

300 would be pushing it especially if you want to overclock, 500 would give enough comfortable headroom.

300 is not pushing it. That's ONE 550. Not even a 560.

Ahh I misread 560TI, 550TI still only 50W less, I still think 300 is a little too close for comfort, I'd go for 430-450 minimum.

More than enough, given that it is a decent PSU.
You could even step down to a CX500 and have plenty of margin.

Which 300W PSU even has a PCIe connector?

I have 3770k @ 4.5GHz, Z77 (Gigabyte), HD 7850 OC (Gigabyte. 975MHz stock OC version), DDR3 8GBx4 32GB, SSD, 1TB HDD, Antec 900 with 1x 200mm, 4x 120mm, Antec Hydro 620 WC.
I am currently using PCP&C Silencer MK III 400W, and it has no stability issue at all under full load for few hours. In addition, it's been running about 70-80% load 24/7 for past two months without any issue.
I forgot to run Kill-A-Watt number with this one (I did with 2700K before I upgraded it to 3770K), but I am sure it will be well below 300W under load, more likely close to 200W considering 2700K @ 4.5GHz was under 300W as well. But just to be safe, I'd go for 400W. 600W is definately overkill, though.
Just amazing how low power consumption Intel has, even its mid-high CPU like 3770K, nowaday.
