Default Looking for a website with planned healthy meals.

Anyone know of a good website that has food plans?

Not like the ones that are delivered, but more like the ones that give you a shopping list on say sunday, and it plans out 7 dinners you can cook with it. I try to eat health, but usually get lazy and just end up going out to eat.

It would be nice if the meals were tasty, health, and budget friendly. Im not poor or anything, but I just dont want to follow something that has fresh salmon and steak everyday.
