I am assembling a pc from scratch please help me ?
Below is the configuration of the pc that I am going to put together please give your opinions on the build:-
ASRock Z77 Extreme 3 Motherboard,
Intel Core i3 3220 FCLGA1155 Socket Type(3.3 GHz Clock Speed),
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM,
WD Caviar Blue 500 GB Desktop Internal Hard Drive,
PowerColor AMD/ATI HD 7750 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card,
Seasonic ECO 600 600 Watts PSU,
Antec ONE S3 Mid Tower Cabinet.
I am going to use these pc for watching hd movies and for games like nfs run, nfs most wanted(2012), max panye 3, call of duty black ops, hitman absolution, crysis 2.
If i need to upgrade any component of the above configuration plz feel free to mention.

Some thoughts:
1. For movies, you are more than good.
For gaming, the graphics card is relatively weak. My rule of thumb is to budget twice the price of the cpu for the graphics card.
2. Seasonic is excellent quality , but more than needed for a 7750.
It is good enough for a 7970 or GTX680.
Nothing wrong with a stronger than needed psu though.
3. Ram is cheap. get a 8gb kit of 2 x 4gb. 1333 or 1600 is fine.

600W PSU is overkill. A quality 400W PSU will do fine, even with a better CPU and GPU, so if you can save some money on the PSU and spend that savings on a better GPU, do so.
Is it safe to assume you are in India?
EDIT>> Even a quality 300W PSU would work fine until you jump to high-end GPUs. The i3 3220 uses ~70W (total system power) under full CPU load, and the HD 7750 uses ~80W, so you'd be using less than 150W total when gaming.

Hah, I voted Yes and No (wth?). Yes, it will play those games, but it will be at low to medium quality.

I think the Core i3 is a short-sighted choice*, though you haven't mentioned what resolution you want to run games at, or how long you want this computer to last (in terms of its practical ability to play games at high resolutions and decent FPS).
* - unless you can sell it at a decent price (or otherwise make good use of it elsewhere) and upgrade in the time that your board still accepts 'current' CPUs for. Otherwise I would consider an i5.

@mikeymikec, Actualky I am in a fix whether to go for amd radeon 7750 or nvidia gt650 ? Which one is good between these two gpu's as I cant afford to go for nvidia gt660 or above ! I will be playing the above mentioned games at in between 1366*768 and 1600*900 resolution !

It's helpful to know you are from India so people don't recommend products at prices only US/Canadian retailers offer. That said, if you can save on the PSU and get either an i5 or better GPU you would be much better off long term.

According to Anandtech Bench, they are almost equals. The biggest difference is in Starcraft II and computational benchmarks where the GTX 650 pulls ahead.
As suggested earlier, stepping up to an HD 7770 would yield much better performance for minimal additional cost.

My experience with the 5770 (in terms of driver quality) would make me go for the GTX 650 over the 7750.
