You want to find a Z77 based board. Most if not all ATX versions will support dual video card.

For ram a 8gb (2 X 4gb) 1600-1866mhz will be fine. Intel is not that needy for ram speed like trinity.

If you are gaming then the 3570k will be the best bang for the buck. If you are doing video editing type task then the 3770k will be better.

The 3930k is a workstation cpu so I would skip that.

Either get the 3570k or the 3770k and a good Z77 board.
