Question Xbox 360 4GB Kinect question

When I download demos My Xbox sometimes reboots sometimes in the middle of the download** What causes this? I talked to MS and they said delete corrupted files** I did that but it still happens**

I'd tend to think it's an issue with the console and might be time to send it in for service.

I almost wonder if that is one of their standard replies.
I got Madden 12 a couple months ago and when I started playing it noticed that I had already nearly 1/2 of the acheivements completed... from almost a year prior. I never played the game and best advice they seemed to offer was corrupted files.
