UXF Burn: looks like NYSC (et al) is trying to capitalize on the CrossFit trend

In its defense, it is free, and it does look like it uses similar equipment but I can't help but think it's probably just CrossFit lite or some watered-down version that takes only the flashiest bits. I would be surprised if they took the fundamentals and actually incorporated it into their program. I guess it's possible that any members who like the class could then look into what CrossFit is all about which at the very least serves to help broaden horizons.

2.) I love how hard that guy is trying to make the tire flip look difficult.

I hate to admit I know this, but that guy at the very beginning looked a lot like the Situation from Jersey Shore. I'd imagine if they were for some reason using him as a "celebrity" sponsor, though, they'd play it up a bit more.
