I doubt this is true. After the very quick sellouts overseas, there have been no rereleases later in the day.

That's probably it folks. Yeah, Google bungled the launch. I guess they need some more retail and inventory guys on their workforce. Not a surprise, since that is not their forte.

Same here. I was able to add to cart, select shipping address and card and clicked "PAY" button. Took forever and then it errored out after I clicked "PAY" button.

I just checked my card and there is a pending charge from Google. However, I do not see the order anywhere. Fingers crossed.

Let me know if/when you are able to see order or receive any email.

The reason I think this isn't true is because it's saying 'Coming Soon' and not 'Out of Stock.'

I can put it in my shopping cart but it errors out when I try to Proceed or if I can get past that, it errors at Google Wallet.

It took maybe 15 minutes for the transaction to show up in my Wallet. It took maybe 25 minutes to get a confirmation email.

Finally got a N10 to go through after 45 mins of refreshing/hammering "Proceed". About half the time the cart emptied, and it'd kick me back to the home page where it said notify again but a page refresh usually made it show up.

I saw on another forum to try the incognito option, not sure what that would affect but it did seem to be a little more responsive than the standard browser. YMMV.

Anyone know about the availability of the Nexus 10 at Walmart? The person I talked to on the phone at my local store seemed clueless, but I live in a pretty rural area** It's possible they aren't getting any at this time** Anyone know if they should be in stock/available by a certain time?

No info I've seen anywhere suggests that it will be available with any North American 3rd party retailer any time soon. Just Google Play only for now. Well, not now, since they they don't have any either.

Damn, I'm pissed** I stayed up til 12:00 am Eastern and then woke up at 3:00 am to try again before going back to sleep** I figured it would go live sometime close to noon Eastern today so I checked while driving to meet a client and saw it was already sold out** I know Google is doing this on purpose as it's classic marketing trick** Google doesn't have retail stores like Apple so they can't have people lining up days before to generate the hype and buzz** So they're doing this artificial allocation crap to generate buzz and stories about how this new phone of theirs sold out everywhere in the world in like 5 minutes** It's smart marketing and now the hype will draw people in who otherwise didn't know or were indifferent** But it sucks for the rest of us who wanted this phone at the release** I'm now going to boycott N4 and N10** I saw that N10 was in stock but I'm not going to order now** I had no need for N4, N10, or the Chromebook** But I was willing to buy all three** Now I will pass on all three** Screw Google and their games** end of rant**

I just went and checked my google wallet transactions since I never got any confirmation and ******my order has been received by google, not one! not two!! but three times!!! Oh crap!!!!!!
