Why didn't the OP mention this?
Full disclosure, I think Israel should handle its own problems without US intervention.

dunno why i didnt mention that.. it WAS a retalliation shot.. however, that doesn't discredit the fact that this is basically a huge jar of worms that is about to open.
how israel continues to retalliate will set the path to whether or not this is going to blow up, israel would very much like it to... they need justification to attack, nothing more.

It is a huge CAN of worms, but it's very important to know who's unscrewing the lid.

No need to worry. Israel is the master of deceptive warfare. They can always carry out another false flag operation and blame Syria, Iran, or any other country full of brown people for something they themselves did.

King David Hotel + Lavon Affair + U.S.S. Liberty attack = Assume that Israel is full of shit and is behind, in one way or another, everything that goes wrong in the Middle East.
If the United States wasn't owned and controlled by Zionists and had a sane, honest government, we would have invaded Israel, seized the land, and given it back to the people it was stolen from a long time ago.

Every country in the neighborhood of Syria has been on the receiving end of Syrian collateral damage more accidental than deliberate.
But wiser countries simply accept the trivial damage rather than give Assad any chance of Uniting Syria against a common enemy.
Which is why I say Israel would be unwise in the extreme to risk uniting the entire mid-east against Israel. Simple because all Israel could do is manage to kill more innocent people which accomplishes nothing. Not to mention the fact its exactly what Al-Quida wants. As Assad and the rebel forces fighting Assad are doing a great job at killing more than enough innocent Syrians as it is. As the other danger is that Israel will use the Syrian excuse to attack all its neighbors.

Gotta love the JediY assertion of "this is your ignorance coming out.,..you know israel does not want to attack any of it`s neighbors."
Which perfectly explains why Israel has attacked everyone of its neighbors one or more times and has made zero friends in the process. And now Israel is seriously contemplating using tactical nukes against Iran. While Israel denies basic human rights to 35% of its population.

ISrael is smart enough to know when to attacdk and when not to.
this was a stray shot by Syria against the rebels.
It was not an attack against Israel.
Israel sent a shell back indicating that be more careful. next time it may not be just one. It is up to Dyria to control it's shelling.
But also in the article is mentioned all the recent munitions from Gaza against southern Israel. that is OK for the anti-Israel people. Nary a peep.
But if Israel sends a flight of attack jets/helos; then those same will be up in arms.
Thank you Zane for allow such hypocrisy to be exposed.

When Israel defends itself from attacks it's a second coming of Hitler but it's business as usual when Arabs abuse their own women to no end.
More politically correct news at 11.

Syria fired the first shot. Yet you describe it backwards. Why?

Have you any clue as to WHY Israel has had conflicts with it's neighbors.
I will provide a hint.
At one time or another, ALL of it's peaceful neighbors have conspired to attack and destroy her.
But do not let that little fact go over your revisionist view of history.

Yes, I'm sure it has nothing to do with Israel being created out of a bunch of land stolen from the mostly Muslim peoples who lived there.
LOL.
