Default Call of Duty: Black Ops II

So this game is coming out soon, and all the kewl kids play it, and I wouldnt mind playing it too, but last time I tried it (Modern Warfare 2?) I got absolutely annihilated. Will it be pretty much impossible for me to do good if I start with this game?

In general the Treyarch COD games(Black OPs, world at war) are slower paced than their Modern Warfare counterparts. You'll do fine with practice, a lot of it I think is just memorizing the maps so you know where to expect people and which corners/ windows/ doorways to be wary about.

I'm not very good at console FPS games, but after playing the first Black Ops a few times I got a little better. Repetition is key.
