Default Austin Grand Prix

I didn't want to clog up the F1 thread with this but is anyone here considering going to Austin for the grand Prix?

I am looking into ticket options and plans for the weekend, it's still a ways out but I feel like this should all be done earlier rather than later.

I hope you live close to the track otherwise good luck getting a room for a reasonable price right now. My friends are going but they're staying at a Motel 6. Non-PSL tickets go on sale on the 10th... turns 11 and 12 looks pretty good. The best seats still require a PSL.

I'm going. Haven't figured out travel plans yet. Turn 12 upper grand stand. Hotels are crazy expensive no matter how early you book.

Since when is F1 so popular in America? Did they start using carbureted pushrod V8s and drivers with two first names?

Why the hate? F1 is much more enjoyable to watch with turns left AND right.

Try to keep up.

Sprint Cup went EFI this year. They are only a little late.

And it`s a little interesting regarding who they contracted to supply their ECUs.
