R3 is more for quiet, Arc Midi would be better for air flow, albeit a bit more still (actually is $110 on newegg, although I saw it at Microcenter for $90)

Wow nice. That is the cheapest i've ever seen that case. Normally i'd recommend it to people even if it was $60

Antec One. New case, cable management and new features (USB3, dedicated SSD mounts, etcetera. Fifty-five bucks. Add a pair of 120mm fans for air; it comes with a pair of tri-cool 120s (exhaust).
