Some one said it on the other thread, but it bears repeating. Bleh on the Queen songs. Why don't they just put star spangled banner on there while they're at it? I like Queen alright, just anything but those two songs.
So you don't like any of the dozen Queen songs that will be available over the next month? Man you people are hard to please.
I have no complaints with the DLC really. Except that they need to make the songs from their games available individually as well as DLC. There's some good tracks on this one, but at $50-60 for the game (as mentioned, no rent and export) I'm throwing away a lot of money to get maybe 15 tracks that I want. And since its a one time use code you can't just buy the game used.
Its still a way better situation then Guitar Hero of course.
I'll probably rent it the day it comes out hoping I'm the first to try to use the key. A few of the songs definitely sound fun, but I just spent $60 on RB Beatles, I'm not going to blow another $50 on this.

of course the song list is crap, most of the songs on these guitar hero games are old or not that popular when the games come out
yeah, how lame, why would anyone want anything that's not currently playing on the radio?
this is ironic because the exact problem with this song list is that it's mostly pop crap. and short.
my kids will like that, some of their favorite songs on there

Owners of LEGO Rock Band on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 will be able to enter a unique code from an insert in their game manual into a dedicated website. The website will provide instructions allowing owners to unlock the export functionality of LEGO Rock Band. At that point, players will be able to export tracks from LEGO Rock Band to their hard drives for play in all game modes of the Rock Band Music Platform for a nominal export fee of $9.99 (800 Microsoft Points).
The game is supposed to cost $50, so that would make it $60 total to export it. I wish they would release it as one big pack for $30 as dlc. I really have no desire to play lego rock band, but I want the songs. I'm not sure if $60 is worth it, but I really do like a lot of the songs in that setlist.
Just to elaborate: RB1 cost $5 to export all the songs. The ACDC pack export doesn't cost anything as long as you bought the game new. This one costs $10. Just solidified my decision that I won't buy the game until it is $20.
